1. Is my cargo insured?
Yes, each shipment is insured as per Institute Cargo Classes (A).
2. What is covered by the cargo insurance?
Cargo insurance as per Institute Cargo Classes (A), covers loss or damage to the subject-matter insured from the time the goods leave the warehouse for the commencement of the transit and terminates on delivery to the Consignee’s final warehouse or, on delivery to any other warehouse, whether prior to or at the destination which the Assured elects to use either:
(a) for storage other than in the ordinary course of transit, or
(b) for allocation or distribution or at the expiration of 60 days after completion of discharge over side of the goods from an overseas vessel at the final port of discharge.
In addition to the above, insurance covers perils of war and strikes.
Insurance maximum coverage for civil responsibility is US$ 1.000.000 per event or incident.
3. How do I file a claim?
You can file a claim for a Full Pak shipment by mail, email or fax.

4. Who can file a claim?
Anyone associated with the transport can file a claim, if a validated ownership can be proven. Only one claim per shipment may be filed.
5. What information do I have to present with the claim?
§ Signed and dated claim
§ Legible copy of the Bill of Lading
§ Legible copy of the delivery receipt / unloading certificate
§ Legible copy of original vendor's invoice
§ Photos proving the incident and showing clear ISO BAG # & Container #
§ Copy of any document that proves claimed expenses

7. What determines how much will be paid on a claim?
Full Pak will review the presented documentation to the claim, i.e. Bill of Lading, vendor’s invoice, etc. to determine which document prevails and will base liability upon those terms.
